    Default Weight belt / corset?!?
    Ive heard and read and seen alot of lifters wear weight belts throughout there workouts even when there not working back to prevent the abs from bulging out. I can see the logic but it sounds crazy does anyone here do this how true is it??

    i myself wear a belt a lot in the gym even when not needed but i dont latch it down tight untill i do need it . heavy squats/deads and sometimes even heavy rows and curl . im in my mid forties and had a few back surgeries so better safe than sorry . wearing the belt even loose tends to keep my lower back warm/loose.
