    Default weight loss???
not sure if this is the right section but ok

is 12 pounds to much for one week?

im not really even doing anything
i run a mile and half Tuesdays Thursdays
Mondays Wednesdays Fridays i use a bike for 45 mins

so this is my first week back to the gym in like 3 months and every day i take my weight its less and less and less so from last sunday ive lost 12 pounds.

i think its probably water weight.
but is that still to much to lose in one week?

ive pretty much stopped all the bullshit drinks to try and cut out alot of the sugar i was taking in.... i pretty much pound water now i can go through a case 24 bottle case every two days easy no prob at all.

    also my meals have changed

im not really trying to put on size i wanna cut down as much as i can in the next 30 days before i leave so im trying to get my endurance up some.

    i didn't go back to 6 meals a day i been eating 3

eggs or protein cereal "shits nasty" for breakfast

lunch and dinner are a salad with chicken in it

6-8 meals is standard whether you are trying to lose or gain weight, to keep your metabolism moving blah blah blah etc

Your wind will get better but if you're strictly trying to lose as much weight as possible then don't expect to have alot of energy or strength to complete the cardio that you are doing, so it might not feel like your endurance is actually improving. My 2 cents, not gonna act like I'm qualified to explain the rapid weight loss but I'd guess it is mostly water.

Do you weigh yourself at the same time everyday? I know I fluctuate 6-10 lbs easy during the course of the day from when I weigh myself first thing in the morning. So if you took your original weight at say 8 pm after eating all day and then weighed yourself a few weeks later after doing strict cardio and dieting in the morning then 12 lbs isn't really that big a shift. Unless of course you are weighing yourself at the same time all the time.

yea i no i should be eating more then i am.... im going to start throwing in some more meals or some good snacks

i take my weight myself 3 times a day.

any yea I'm basically just trying to shed every last pound i can get out before i leave. ive stopped liftin and just do as much running and cardio as i can and calisthenics all day long and crunches to the point i cant move then run some more
