 one day 1 part
i'm currently on bulking cycle .....want sme suggestions on 1 day 1 part workout .....coz wat i think is that whn i do back i tend to lifter lesser poundage fr biceps ...... coz. doin back exhausts me ..badly !!!!!!
any suggestions ???????

i love one day one part allows me to really go for it and exhust that part .
i try to keep the worhout round the 60 minute mark and iam wrecked at the end of it ...i was told to train like this when on ..iam by no means an aurthority on it and would also like to here from anyone with any sugesstions..

heya bud since i posted my reply to this thread have done
a truckload of reading and iam thinking that 1 day 1 part is not the go..
iam now looking at doning a split routuine 3 days a week something
in the style/format of DC training..and dont forget the log

It doesn't work well for me when bulking, unless I am not doing much else besides working out and resting.
It used to work well for me, when I had more time, now with family, two jobs and other responsibilities, I just don't get the same rest. I do better with 2 on 1 off or similar.
