    Default Training while on T
    Couple of questions about training while on T. Would it be better to break up my workout into two one hour sessions, morning and evening, instead of one two sesh. Is it possible to overtrain while on 500mg/w of T. I feel like I have tons of energy I don't get tired or very sore the next day.

    It is possible to overtrain on anything. As for your first question, how do you feel? If you don't feel a 2 hour workout compromises results at all, then do it. Many people do not side with the feeling of only sticking to 45-60 minute workouts.

    Thanks for the reply. So basically use my body as my guide, if I'm feeling run down then back off on the training a little bit to recover. I just have so much energy and endurance in the gym I feel like I am in there too long.
