    Default Chain Work
The gym I just joined has chains available, I'd like to start incorporating these into my chest routine. What are the advantages to using them. Also, what is a good routine with them as well?

Ok theyre used for your heavy lifts and speed work.

    Here's the benefits
-builds a strong lockout to a lift
-accomodates resistance...(what i mean by that is as you lift the weight, the lift gets easier and easier due to favorable joint angles.. chains make it hard throughout the ENTIRE lift).
-If you suspend the chains from the sides of the barbell you can make the chains will sway back and forth making you use more stabilizers and increase muscle mass..and strength.

They have very little body building/power buildling purposes.. make sure you know how to set them up for each lift as well.
