    Default Routine is Stale
    Help I seem to be in a rut with my routine. I want something to keep puttin on size but maintain my strength.. I am 6'2 now 205 and around 12%bf. here is my routine

    Monday - Shoulders and Traps
    Military press 5 sets
    Dumbbell raises 5 sets
    Upright rows
    Cable cross overs
    Shrugs

    Tuesday - Back and biceps
    Wide pull ups
    Tbar rows
    Dead lifts
    1 arm dumbbell rows
    Olympic bar curls
    Hammer curls
    Concentration curls
    ez bar curls

    wed off

    Thursday Chest and Tris
    Flat bench dumbbells
    Incline bench
    Wide grip hammer
    cable flys
    Close grip bench
    dips
    rope pull downs

    Friday
    legs and calfs
    Squats
    lunges
    leg curls
    calf raises
    leg press

    its not just about the exercises you do it could be the rep and set range that you could play around with.

    Have a look at some of the sticky's on here. theres plenty of choice 5 x 5, DC, South Beach just have a read through em theres bound to be one that takes your liking. I've started 5 x 5 and its great, so far I cant knock it.

    ive gotta go with the 5x5 its a solid routine for anybody to put some size and strength on.

    I have been fearful that I have been over training a bit. I guess I am being lazy. I have read thru alot of the threads just need to buckel down and write it out.
