    Default Post Workout Nap
    If you can get a nap after working. How benificial would it be to recovery and gains? Or would you consider it a waste.

    ive seen 15-20 minute naps mentioned pretty frequently as a form of recovery. how beneficial? who knows, but I dont see it hurting at all.

    I take a nap after lifting every day for 2 hours. Feels great and seems like it helps the recovery process

    you should make sure to have ur post workout shake and ur post worrkout meal before u do so then i dont see a problem with it

    definitely meal, shake, and a nap right after a workout is awesome. Even if its not that beneficial for your gains you will feel great.

    they say that a 15-20 minute nap in the middle of the day increases productivity amongst workers a great deal

    I could see it being highly beneficial. If i didnt workout at 7pm i would probably do it.
