ECA stack, 30-45 minutes wii. (Depends on game, but Boxing on the game included is GREAT cardio, as well as others are).
Very simple. Those who have played the wii will understand especially.
This is just what I've found, for me, to ease the monotony of every day same 'ol, same 'ol.
