    Default Is this be a good hiit routine
    I am currently doing a hiit cardio program where i go:

    4 min warmup
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    30sec max
    30sec moderate
    4min cool down

    This is all being performed on the elliptical 5 days a week. First week it was 10 min intervals this is end of second week where i have been doing 12 min intervals and next week i will be doing 15 min intervals. I think progress so far is good as from last week to this week is a 4lb loss. I have a clean diet and train on weights 4days a week. I am just wanting to shed some excess body fat in the next 3 months for my honeymoon in dominican republic.

    Im 5'10" probably 17-18% bf 200lbs and 24yrs old how much bf wouuld i need to loose to be 10-11%.
