From Ectomorph to Mesomorph?

Im 35, 5'10 @ 190. I am an ectomorph and would like to be a mesomorph. By mesomorph I dont mean muscle wise, I mean bone structure wise. (Looking wide-thick)

My bonestructure is small framed, is there any way to change that or am I stuck with what God gave me?

I believe your stuck with what god gave you, last time i checked you couldnt restrucyure your bones. Being an ectomorph isnt a bad thing theres plenty of body builders out there with and ectomorpic frame I believe BB Legend Frank Zane was one of them.

absolutely zero you can do about bone structure.

i have seen it argued that you can expand your rib cage, but beyond that, and any kind of surgery - no, youre stuck.

Big bones with low musculature wouldn't look that *****in' anyway.

Frank Zane might be an ectomorph like you say but he looks more like a mesomorph- probably due to the muscle mass.
