    Default Cardio question...
Been a member for a while but just got back onto the board. I really think that is one of the best boards around for information. I just had a quick question about cardio and the bodies ability to adapt to it. I am big on doin an hour of cardio a day on the elyptical due to the low impact on the knees and it is easy on my back which I had surgery on about a year ago. My question is that after doing the elyptical everyday for a long amount of time can the body adapt to it and not deliver the results of good old fashioned cardio? Is it necessary to change up the cardio routine? Thanks alot. Its good to be back.

If I feel as if my cardio sessions are not as benificial as before I just up the intnsity, go a little faster or have some variety run, bike, stepper, rower or elyptical.
