    What's the best free site out there that tracks calories, macronutrients, workout journal, etc?

    ditto Fitday.com
    I've used it for awhile.. it's great!! Hands down one of the best tools in my diet arsenal. Once you get all your regular foods loaded (custom add's), it's a sinch and fast.
