    Default Arm Conditioning
I have about 16" Bices but they are not that in shape.

I am doing 2 different excercises, I workout bices after 48 hours and start bit 40 pounds weights and do 3 sets with 12 reps each once I finish these 3 sets then I go on light weights and keep hiting more reps until I run out of energy.

I need to condition my arms. How should I work them out so I dont over train them?

    Advise Please.

    Thank

What exactly do you mean by "condition your arms"??? What for?? Are you a boxer, or some kind of athlete?? Just trying to figure out how to answer this..

    Thanks for your response.

I am doing cardio lots of it ... I want to get that ripped/athletic look and my body is getting better ...arms are not getting ripped. I want my arms to look ripped too ... they are still thick.

    Spot reduction is a myth.
