    Default Q on running and protein.
    When I go for a jog, once finished I usually down some protein 20 mins or so afterwards. Would this still apply if I was to do sprints instead or should I down it asap?

    You're kinda splitting hairs here but I think it is best to consume protein close to the conclusion of the workout. Closer in time is generally better.
