    Default Critique my workout please..
I am 5'10. 202lbs. My goal is to lean up to under 10% bf. I am probably about 15 or so.

    Mon. Chest/Tris
    6-7 workouts for chest...4x6
    5-7 workouts for tris....4x6/8

    Tues. Back/Bis
    same as above

    Wed. Shoulders
    5-7 workouts...8-6-6-4 reps

    Thurs. Legs
4-5 workouts including squats, leg curls/extensions, lunges, leg press

    Fri. bi's/tris
    same workouts as before

    Sat. Cardio

    Sun OFF

    cardio 2-3 times a week...trying to up that to 3-5. (45 Minutes a day)
abs twice a week (weakest part of my workout).

Am I overtraining? Just enough? Its too detailed to go into what EXACTLY i do. If there is any info yall need let me know.

    1. incredibly too much volume. if by "workouts" you mean movements or exercises, then youre doing the same number of sets that I would recommend doing for reps (~25).
    2. bodypart splits FTL.
    3. read this. it pertains to mass gains, but all information is still relevant for training and effectively maintaining lean weight while dieting. http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/...hilosophy.html
