    did you buy the "pussy pad" too? i hate seeing people in the gym grimace at the thought of squatting without a pad!!

    Box Squats

    15.5inch box, cambered bar, doubled#1s

    375 + dbled #1 x 1
    385 + dbled #1 x 1 http://media.putfile.com/DSCN0381-40

    this is the highest box i use, i normally use 9 or 12 in.. This bar is pretty good it really nails the lower back and glutes. Its also super hard though, harder than a normal power bar. Overall, very good investment
