    This is 295 + doubled #1 bands, which makes it 330 at the very bottom and 375 at the top.

    This was a 20 lb PR on this lift which makes me pretty ahppy because this means on a really shitty day im at 355 pause bench, at a good day 365-360 # 200

    thnx big food..

    well in the past two years ive tried just about everything, at low doses of course, just wanted to see what worked, and waht i could handle. for the past 8 months though probably ive been on and off of test only, and will remain test only. i take anywhere from 250mg to a gram wk... im always about 202-207ish... I want to pack on as much muscle as i can within 205-210 so i can stay in the 198 class.

    my goal before i train at westsie this summer is at least 375. I think that's doable.. and im hoping at westside i can bench 405 @ 200 lbs

    I use ammonia caps when i max out on my pure weight big 3 lifts but that was ammonia salts, which is basically the same thing. The caps, IMO, hit me a little harder though.

    Ahh, nose torque = nose salts? Never tried that, still have some ammonia sitting around though.

    yea thats the nose torque... super super strong. if you take the lid off and smell it'll burn so bad it'll bring tears to your eyes and completely numb your nose lol..

    can you just sniff normal household ammonia for the same effect? Like a rag soaked in in it in a tupperware bowl?

    Hard to believe that Kaz stuck two amonia capsules up his nose before doing I think the hussefelt stone. That stuff will burn ya!

    Try it I guess, keep it in a baggy though because it evaporates quickly meaning no effect. With that in mind just bring the bottle.

    yea, that was really crazy when he did that lol... Well i maxed out today and hit 355. i had 360 in me but i wouldnt have hit it after the 355 attempt. It blew off my chest but my lockout was a bit rough.. my remedy? Doubled #1 and doubled #3 band Close grip benching lol... should be 280 llbs of band tension at top.

    Lockout is always my enemy, probably costing me around 10 pounds or so. I'm about half way through the raw routine from RK.

    I never tried. I have two bench days. One i always take a bench and max out. the other I do approx 8 sets of 3 at 50-60% . I can probably do it 4-5x if i were to guess.

    my TP loved that routine. he's 181, tore pretty much all of his RC, but he went from 385 to 400+ again on that routine.
