Wide Grip Pull Ups 4 sets 6-10 reps (body weight)
3 sets 6-8 reps Lat Pull downs
Iso Lateral Row 3 sets and dead lift
what do u guys say?

Jesus Christ that is a lot of back work. 19 sets? How is your back? I would love to see it with all that work.

I think we all know that to do that many sets, you'd have to be moving around pissant weights. No one can lift heavy and still maintain that kind of volume.
Drop the volume down a ton and lift heavy. Only deadlift once a week unless you are either still fairly weak in the deadlift (i.e. using loads that are less than twice your bodyweight) or unless you absolutely despise your lower back and want to destroy it.

shrugs.
all the bros in my gym do these, and nothing but these, for hours, so they must be the best exercise.

Deads
Pullups
BB Rows
Real T-Bar Rows
Hammer Machines
In that order (of importance)
I personally like power cleans alot.

Rows, deads, pullups, all the best ones mentioned above.

1. Deads
2. Pull Ups
3. Barbell Rows
