 dc training questions
okay i started my dc trainging got to admit i like the rapid sets
just some questions on back and quads it says not torest pause when doing back and quads so i guess that means what do as much as you can or just do three sets while increasing wieght pls help.

quads get a single set of 4-6 reps, followed by a single set of 20.
dont remember the specifics of back trianing, but it depends. here are two threads, answer should be here somewhere
