    Default Baby Problems...
    WoW!!

I have just become a Dad and gotta say its gonna be one hell of a ride from here on out. Dont get me wrong the whole Father thing is amazing still abit surreal at the moment but somthing Im enjoying.

But... its only been 5 days and I gotta admit physically and mentally.. Im broken. All my time and focus is on the Kid right now but Im trying to live a 'Normal life' as well, Like the Pros say 'Dont let the child control your life, make them adjust to your ways of living lol yeah okay...

I know (hope) its gonna get better over time but this is a question for all the Pops out there.

How the hell do you fit sleeping, feeding and training into your life during these difficult earley months.

figure out where your priorities lie, then let everything fall into place, bro. like, go to the gym, hit the bar afterwards, and let the wife take care of the diapers!! and push breast feeding!! that way, you can sleep while junior is suckling on moms teat!!

eyah, it's gonna be hard at first, but you will adjust. it gets easier for a while, then the little bastards start walking and talking and it's all downhill from there, lol

The first month or so is a big adjustment. I trained in the morning real early, like 5am. You can handle this 3 days a week with less sleep because of the baby crying. I started drinking a shit load of coffee when I got up before training. You might want to take a week or so off to get used to this situation and to bond with your child, its the greatest thing to be a dad.

seriously bro... you will get used to having a little one. like dane suggested, take some time off from the gym and try and work out a schedule with the misses. establish a nap time for the rugrat, the wife may prolly nap at this time as well.....make that your gym time. it'll come easier as you get used to the new addition! congrats, by the way!

    Thanks:
And Cheers for all the advice. The young one seems to be falling into some kind of routine which is a relief. Overall I guess its just a huge reality shock, one minuite your routine is like:
    up,
    cardio,
    eat,
    work,
    eat,
    gym,
    eat,
    home,
    eat,
    sleep
Then this adorable little spanner gets thrown in the works. I get 2 weeks away from work to settle into some kind of lifestyle I'll spend the first one bonding and getting used to parenthood and the next week I'll try incorperate training again.

Congrat's bro!!! I can't say I know as I don't have any mini me's running around but my brother just went through what your going through and it did take a few months for things to equal. The first few weeks were the worst, it gets better from there.
