    Im thinkin of gettin the Capmquick so I can start capping my glutamine and CEE. Id really like to be able to do it without a scale. Is there any approximate mg-cap size chart? I can swallow big pills so size doesnt matter just cant stomach powders anymore.

    depending of the density of the powder, a oo is the standard of 600 to 800mg of powder for that double zero size 00.
