    Default Best time to take ECA stack?
    Going to be taking 25mg of E and 200mg of C, is it best to take this right when I wake up or 30 min before my pre workout meal of oats and whey?
    Or does it even matter. Thanks all.

    If you are only taking one dose per day, I would take it upon rising.

    thanks *****. Will the dose upon wakeup still provide adequate thermogenic results? Based on my response after taking it, I dont feel very jittery or shaky just have a suppressed appetite. I think im gonna up it to 2x/day, but dont want to take it too soon before lifting weights/cardio because that may be overkill on my CNS/heart. When would be the next best time to take the second dose, I know ephedrine has a 4 hour half life.

    Any time in the early afternoon would be fine, depending on when you train.
