    I tried this shit a few months ago. Did nothing but harm for me.

    Tried it again this morning. Since then I've been feeling dizzy, light headed, and very paranoid. F this shit

    The paranoia is what really did me in on ephedrine.It is amazing how suspicious of everyone this stuff makes me.

    ephedrine is crap in my opinion. It does nothing for me. It doesn even give me side effects. I gave it a fair chance too.
