    i bought a couple bottles of this stuff and i was wondering, does sublingual b12 really impact you in any way? i havent noticed anything yet after a week. im taking 1g a day along with 200mcg folic acid, 2mg b6, 20mg niacin, and 1.7mg b2

    It will have the same effects as injectable or oral vitamin B12, just the delivery rate will be slightly different. Some guys say they get some benefits from it, while others notice very little to none.
