    Question I have'nt done Creatine in yrs......
    I think my body will respond again like or almost like it did a few yrs ago with some decent gains.


    Whats the best quality brands out there'

    just get something cheap and effective like the CEE powder from the link in my sig.

    I do not completely agree with this statement.While there may not be much difference from brand to brand,there is definitely a difference in the type of creatine you take.In my experience,kre-alkalyn and creatine ethyl esther are far superior to mono.

    I dont care if it taste liike shit but hows it taste. My liquid Dbol taste a lil rough so it dooesnt atter.....just curious.
