    Question taurine/creatine monohydrate when bulking.
    i have heard many good things about taurine and creatine would it be good to take during my bulking cycle? and if so what dose and when do i take it?

    and while im on this topic of supps. I know olive oil is a great thing to add to your diet how much and when is the best to time during day to take it? and what other supps while bulking im alreday getting multi vitiman and the taurine but is there eny others that help with gaining mass?

    2-3g CEE pre and post

    as for the olive oil...there is no ideal serving, it completely depends on how it fits into your diet. Each tbsp = 12g fat, so use it accordingly.

    I take 5g of Taurine pre and post workout.

    BUT.... I also mix 5grams in with my workout drink. Water+Gatoraid+Taurine

    I find that Taurine gives my a better pump than any other supp I have used.

    cool so stll 2-3 grams pre and post? and when taking that is there still a need for dextrose?

    tpyical recommendation for mono is 5g pre/post. I use simple carbs pwo regardless of whether or not im using creatine....so yes, dextrose is fine.

    The key difference is absorption. CEE reigns supreme and honestly there is not a reason in the world to continue using monohydrate when CEE is availible.

    let me tell you about olive oil we my family has an olive oil farm in greece (we live in canada) and the shit u buy at the store is nothing compared to real olive oil it doesnt even look close to the same trust me my family has been in the biz for hundreds of years
