Peak Test (Not ready for juice) Take anti-estrogen Instead?
I was wondering.. Im currently 20 and have high test already.. I dont feel ready for juice ($$$)...
Would taking an anti-estrogen like *1,4,6-androstatriene-3,17-dione be good to increase gains using my natural test??
And use other test boosters to maximize and increase personal test?

You can always free up some more test, try using avena sativa in combo with stinging nettle root. The combo will lower levels of SHBG, which will in turn raise levels of FREE test. 4 week cycles do the trick.

Can you give an example dosage for each?
Thanks.....

2-3 grams each. Caps are easy to find, you can also buy bulk powders for cheap. Add in garlic (either dietary or capsules) and you will have a better natural stack for increasing free test than ANYTHING on the supp market today.

Thanks Bro. I already have my capping supplies, so I might get some bulk and give this a shot.

One more question for dougoefre5h - what do you think of "Lean Xtreme"?
Contains: 7-OH™ (7-Hydroxy-deyhydroepiandrosterone)

Lowers cortisol? There are better ways my friend, especially at night when your body outputs that all important GH! Get yourself some GABA, 3 grams before bed. Also take melatonin and valerian root (2mg, 500mg repsectively) which will help control circadian rythems and most importantly, stomp out any cortisol spikes your getting from bad sleep hygiene (we ALL have bad sleep hygiene unless you goto bed at 10PM and wake up at 8AM refreshed). This little bedtime snack for the mind and body has really helped me personally, Id recommend it to anyone.

dhea is better at lowering cortisol as well as supporting immune function.

Thanks man.....I've used melatonin in the past, but for the past few years I have absolutely no problem falling asleep within minutes of putting my head down (lucky I guess...or maybe it's because I wake up at 3:30am to workout).
I may try the GABA and see how my body responds.

Better than fixing his sleep patterns? Short term...maybe. Long term... Id suggest that you get the sleep under control.
