    Default question about supplement combo from AF store
    im looking to get the SesaPure 120ct/Glucorell 240ct/Levorex 180ct Combo. What is the best way to take these items to maximize their effects?

    sesapure 2-4 caps per day with meals, best taken before meals with fat (though can be taken on empty stomach as well)

    glucorell 1 cap per 30-50g of carbs, taken prior to meals (15-20 minutes optimally)

    levorex 6 caps per day taken in-between and/or prior to meals
