    Default help what to take if any
    55yr old female 156lbs 5'5 been on diet for 5 weeks now and has lost 7lbs and 8 inches overall. what fat burning supplement would be appropriate for her if any????

    cardio every mornig empty stomach

    meal 1 .5 cup oatmeal, .5 cup chicken breast, .5 cup egg whites
    meal 2 shake 1 scoop, 1 cup salmon
    meal 3 .5 cup veggie, .5 cup ground beef, .5 cup cottage cheese
    meal 4 shake 1 scoop, 16oz gaotrade
    meal 5 .5 cup brown rice, .5 cup chicken breast,.5 cup veggie
    meal 6 shake 1 scoop
    Cals Fat carb Protein

    i dont know if age comes into the equation when taking more powerful stimulants like EC, so i cant recommend (or advise against) that, but green tea extract is great for everyone.
