Sure, there might be some side effects of too much caffeine though, so watch how much of each you are using.

itd be fine, just tell me your not taking NOexplode to "build lean mass" and taking the Hydroxycut to "shed some fat" at the same time, because thats not how it works.

I think products like that are ok for people just starting out cuz its easily found etc. Maybe pricey, but oh well.

What Im looking to do is cut down and fat and build muscle, preferably lean muscle. Whats the best way to do that? I have a pretty good program I think but I was just wondering if these things would help.

Im about 210, and 6'3. I dont need to "lose weight" but losing fat and adding muscle is what I want.

thats what i was afraid of by your first post...you dont understand yet how it works. You cant burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Building muscle requires a surplus of calories, losing weight (fat, or otherwise) requires a shortage of calories. Unless you are obese and have never trained before, or are on drugs, you cant do both.

Gotta choose one goal at a time.

Welcome to the world of working out. That's what the world wants too bro. It is possible, but it's a FINE line that most ppl don't have time to walk.

Basically, first you need to figure out how many calories your body needs in a day. Then if you eat a surplus of approx 500kcal a day that stems from a diet of lean proteins, moderate-very moderate carbs, vegetables, and healthy fats very meticulously over the course of a few months, you'll be on your way to your goal.

Again, it's possible, it's just a lot of detail oriented calorie math, which is why most ppl will tell you it's not possible.

    Good luck.

Don't listen to anyone at health food stores. 99% of the "advice" they give is sales pitching bullshit. Read articles (not advertisements, although it's hard), and if you cut through the bs, you'll start to learn what you need to know. There's a lot of info out there, and NONE of it comes from a guy w/a name tag.
