    Default Muscle Milk...Try it!!
I recently decided to purchase a couple jugs of Muscle Milk. Let me say, this is by far the best tasting protein I have ever had!! I got the Chocolate Mint and Peanut Butter Pecan and it is absolutely unbelievable.

I wouldn't reccommend it during a cutter, but if you're bulking and downing 2-3 big shakes a day, this will help greatly. It's got 18g of fat per serving, so I just use one scoop and add it to my normal chocolate powder to cut the fat down to 9g per shake and to make it last longer. Shop around and you can find it for ~$18 a jug, 15 servings/container.

why would you not recommend MM while losing weight? Do you not consume carbs and fat while losing weight?

granted there are times when you may just want protein only, but ~15g carbs and fat isnt enough to dub something "bulking only". Hell, you can get away with most weight gainers while cutting (carb up around workouts specifically).

But i definatly agree...the chits good, yo

I consume only low GI carbs and good fats when losing weight.

It has 8g of saturated fats per serving, so I wouldn't take 3 full servings every day when cutting, but that's just me. When dieting, I like all my fats to be poly or monounsaturated with just a little being saturated. I have been using it lately though and i'm cutting, but only 1-2 half servings every day.

I swear, the chocolate caramel pecan tastes like a damn milkshake I wish it was a little cheaper, though.

Yeah, I think the name is just that..a name, it doesn't contain any milk. Just mix it with water.

i like the chocolate milk flavor..

    i mix 2 scoops w/ 3 cups whole milk, 6 oreos, 10 strawberries, one banana and a 1/2 cup of oats..blend to perfection :-)

It has whey concetrate and some colustrum extract in it. So maybe i will get a little bloat from it, but before bed would be a great time for it...I may give it a try.

Hey brother I am sorry to inform you that you are lactose intolerant!
Nobody really knows how you get this "illness" but it just comes. I turned lactose when I was 15 and its funny I used to drink milk alot. So pretty much you can't have any regular dairy producsts. You have to look for the special labels etc..milks that say "lactose free". They are also a bit more $.
    google it.
