 L- Tyrosine
I've seen that some of you use this.
When is the best time to take it? How much?
Does it help with a better tan at all?
I bought the N-Acetyl which I guess absorbs faster. Its only 300mg.

i take it 45 minutes - 1 hour pre workout. typical recommendation is 1-3g. I take 2.
Ive read about the tan thing...i think its sold as a tan enhancing supplement at tanning salons...but i cant say it does a damn thing for a tan. Really helps with workouts though.

no, just regular. ill have to look into the n-acetyl version to see if theres any difference.

listenup guy's .did you know that l-tyrosine is class 3 in pharmacology???
class 3 is cancer in europe so please becafull with this stuff... make your reserch !
i make some reseach even in parkenson's treatmen and i don't see a negative problem to take l-tyrosine but i'll trust to take only in low dose.
l-dopa--- l-tyrosine.
