    Default Easiest Mixing protein?
Hey, I was wondering which whey protein brands out there are easy to mix. I got myself some EAS protein, and MAN that stuff is difficult to mix. I used EAS protein years ago and it was easy to mix, but I suppose after coming back to lifting weights a few months ago, maybe they changed their formula to something more akin to whey concrete?

I used to use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey back in the day...is that still easy to mix?

the whey ion x (as well as other proteins) from the link in my sig mixes great. I just put it in a cup, squirt some water into the cup from out of the fridge door, swirl the cup around, and its mixed. You dont even need a spoon.

I use The Cold-Filtration Isolate from Trueprotein and it mixes no problem.

I put it in a shaker cup and give it two shakes and it is all disolved.

It wasn't difficult a few years ago when I used to use it, but it is now. Unless I may have gotten a bad batch, but I checked the date and it was 2007, so I doubt that is the case.

if your having trouble mixing the protein then put a small amount of liquid to start stir it should be like a paste then put a little more liquid in stir and keep going in small portions until it is drinkable no chunks if done right.

OK, just picked up some ON 100% Whey Protein, and it mixes great. Much better than the other stuff I had. A few stirs and it's pretty much dissolved.
