    Default muscletech any good?
I have not used any supplements in about 4 years now or is it 5 years anyways I havent kept up with supplements since college days when I was spending freakin 200 dollars/month on crap. Anyways are muscletech supplements any good? I remember using their creatine back in the day in like 1999 or so and it seemed it worked I put on like 15lbs, but then i stopped it then lost about 10lbs of it.

Don't use MuscleTech...you're paying for a name...Check out TrueProtein.com for some stuff...look around at some of the members here...they have discount codes in their signature...I think Easto does...

muscletech is fine, but way overpriced, and waaaaay overhyped. they sell the exact same thing as everyone else, but wouldnt be able to tell that from their ads.

check out the link and discount code in my sig if youre lookin for supps.

if TPs prices are too high for you then i suggest taking up a hobby that doesnt involve buying anything.

I agree muscletech's products are too expensive and their cell-tech creatine is too sugary.

    Make your own.

Put some oatmeal into a coffee grinder. It will turn your oats into a nice power.
Add that to some whey power and you have a high protein, high complex carb shake.

If you want some good fats, add some Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Cheaper than buying those pre made MRP's

i buy all my muscle tech (bars, and protein supplements) from gnc's 75% off rack. they usually out date most all the protein bars… box new $28 to $34..75% off $8, cheap way to fill your protein needs i usually eat/drink three or four a day (nitrotect bars, muscletech, ispro drinks). hell i bought so many at one point i started giving it away and eventually selling it..... made $50 or $60 profit on ebay. i never pay full price for my protein or any supplement. mostly bc i live in a big city and theres like a goggle billion gnc's where i live so i go hoping around town and most of the people that work at gnc know me cause im in there a lot so they stash shit for me so the other buzzards dont run off with it first =)

I would presonally avoid them...they're the same quality or even lower than comparable products on the market and they also have a very high price usually.
