    some kid on my team is taking 1-ad. is that andro? and is it worth taking.

    from what i know..its illegal now and its a prohormone. My rommate took it while it was legal in college for football andhe put on some good mass with it.

    Just finished a 1-Ad cycle and again got some good gain in mass and strenght.Doing some db press with some 120's is pretty good for me.
