    Default Supplements or hebs to increase appetite
    I know there's gotta be some shit out there. Appetite has been my biggest problem lately. Partly bc I've been sick and out of the gym for like 2 weeks but even before that I just can't eat a shitload of food.

    Anyone know of anything I can get that won't eat my pocketbook?


    Oh and I smoke weed a few times a week already

    Never been much of an eater.If I forced myself to eat my stomach usually wouldn`t hold it down.The thing that I found that really works for me is B-12 injections.I am always hungry when I use this stuff.

    bitter herbs sage and cinimin on your food. Also do a search on this I think there was a big one on this not to long ago. ALso eat a big meal before you go to bed you'll wake up starving.

    ive never tried supps or herbs for appetite...you have to train your body to eat large amounts of food just as you train your body to lift heavy weights.

    Vitamin B-12 injections...It's the only way to go in my eyes,I too had the same problem and it helped me drastically.It usually takes about 7-10 days to stretch your stomach enough for 8 meals without filling packed full all day. If you need a source for B-12 P.M. me...They're super cheap and always effective.

    What vitamins are you taking now?

    Herb wise: catnip, fennel seed, ginger root, ginseng, goru kola, papata leaves, peppermint leaves, saw palmetto berries.

    Supplements (besides the basics)

    Floradiz Iron + Herbs from Salus Haus
    or Brewers Yeast.
