    Default Best Creatine Supplement.
Can anyone tell me which creatine supplement is the best to take? There are so many out there and I'm not sure which to take.

    it eve has r-ALA:
    -------------------------------------------
5-CreaCyamine represents the state of the art in creatine supplementation! It synergistically combines a stack of 5 creatines to maximize creatine uptake through the use of multiple absorptive and metabolic pathways.

5-CreaCyamine includes Glycovol. Glycocyamine, a creatine precursor that serves to upregulate endogenous creatine production while simultaneously minimizing DMR (diminishing marginal return) common to other creatine products. 5-CreaCyamine is properly formulated with the correct ratio of methyl donors to utilize Glycocyamine without spikes in homocysteine or additional discomfort.

5-CreaCyamine includes R-alpha Lipoic Acid the active isomer of Lipoic acid, patented Inzitol® d-pinitol, with a moderate dose of high glycemic carbohydrates to maximize cellular uptake of creatine. It includes L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate as an NO2 precursor to support maximum circulation to muscle tissue.

5-CreaCyamine provides 1 gram of albion formulated MagnaPower®. Clinically proven creatine magnesium chelate resists cyclization (conversion to creatinine, a waste product found in urine) and accelerates creatine uptake into the muscle tissue.

5-CreaCyamine includes potent creatine forms such as 3CM™ (dicreatine malate), tricreatine citrate, and tricreatine tartrate to maximize cellular uptake, energy conversion, cell volumization, and strength gains from your workout.

    Revolutionary Creatine Technology
    • A Revolutionary Breakthrough in Creatine Delivery
    • Cutting Edge Stack of 5 Creatines Including: Dicreatine Malate, Magnesium Creatine Chelate, Tricreatine Citrate, Tricreatine Tartrate & Creatine Monohydrate
    • Glycocyamine - Creatine Precursor
    • L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (Pro-NO2)
    • R-alpha Lipoic Acid (active isomer of lipoic acid)
    • No bloating / No cramping

OK that product sounds great but what if I already take ALA @ 500mgs capsules will that be an overload of ALA?

I like "Synthesize" from Klein labs. Its tasty, cheap, and has lots of goodies in it other than creatine. I get it from www.dpsnutrition.com.

if you get micronized creatine, use a 50/50 dextrose/malto combination and some vanadyl sulfate and r-ALA
i will have to check out the irontek mix, but you can usually put those formulas together yourself and save a few bucks

    Default Yo..
I use Swole, that works for me, What im wondering is if you can take swole v2 with Creatinepyruvate ? DId anyone tried that before?
And what ive heard of vanadyl sulfate is that it highers up the chances of getting cancer.. and the effects in muscle volume and hardness is close to none. So stick with swole v2 or this new 5-creacyamine stuff.

    I use kre-alkalyn from allamerican4nutrition .
Many vendors such as 1fast & blackstar are incorporating it into their in-house products.
I did so because i had enough of cramps, bloating & diarrhea at times i'd experience from spoonfulls of regular creatine ( tried 4-5 brands ).
With this stuff 1,5-3 grams a day are enough to experience traditional creatine benefits without sides.
Mind you, i'm not referring to made up Dorian-like results from ads.
