Vitamin B-12 Injectable Shots???

Just wondering if taking injectable b-12 shots are any good? I went to Tijuana and bought amps with needles but I noticed the color of the b-12 solution was red. I only injected it once which was two 10,000mcg/100mg/50mg at 2 ml.

Unless you are suffering from a deficiency of the vitamin, I doubt that it would be overly beneficial. Others disagree and say that they have reaped benefits, so take that for what it's worth.

I dont think I have deficiency of the vitamin or any other vitamins but I noticed I am always feeling tired. So basically I bought it for energy and took 2 ml of this stuff and havent noticed anything. Maybe it takes a while to work but I was thinking taking it once a week. It's hella trippy, after I took the shoot my urine was red, same color as the b-12 solution.
It's painfull going in but doesnt hurt much after. Can you mix roids with
b-12?
