    Question Anator P70
Just wondering if anyone has tried the new genetic enhancing supplement Anator P70. I know it is new to the market, but I thought someone might have seen the effects/benefits of it. Any replies would be great. Thanks fellas

lol, those MuscleTech clowns have moved past the deceiving supplement stage into downright comical territory.

I glanced at the nutritional info, and all thats in the product is basically

    lots of dextrose
    protein
    creatine mono
and bunch of crazy variations of phenylalanine, leucine, alanine (amino acids)

seems like it would be a decent enough PWO product if they would just market it as that and quit with the bullshit. although im not familiar with all the methylated, esterfied, ketoglutarate variations, ill bet you a dollar this product isnt anything worth buying unless youre just too lazy to order protein/dextrose/creatine/aminos separately.

in the beginning, not really. food is the most important thing you can do for yourself. protein powder after workouts, to bump up the protein count of some meals, and when you cant get in a real food meal. Thats about it.

creatine is optional, but definatly gives your workouts a boost. it helps your muscle from fatiguing, and gives them a little strength.
