any thoughts on this product? I have april's men's health and its in their saying that it can increase muscle strength and mass greatly. Trauma victims use this stuff to get back to normal strength. It only works on muscles that have been beat to exhaustion...so u can't do generalized workouts, but rather focus on single muscle groups and work them to exhaustion(traumatized).
