    you gain a few pounds of water weight while your taking it.

    like ive said before, creatine doesnt just create muscle out of thin air, it increases muscular strength and endurance, which enables you to lift a little more weight, or squeeze out an extra rep or two, thats it.

    Creatine is a multifaceted substance, also considered a nootropic. I lose maybe 5 lbs if I stop taking it for a week or so.
