    Default creatine and wee'ing?
    soo ive been on creatine for about 1 week now and after i drink down my creatine i am needing to piss alot like l mean once every 10min within 2 hour i had to piss 14 times and not like little dribble piss like i mean i pissed like i havent pissed for afew hours??? is this bad for you??? and plus 2day l just got a random head spin and fet very light headed like i was drunk for about 15min is this from the creatine??? l was thinking it was maybe cause of not drinking enough water??

    stop creatine and definitly drink alot of water probably some gatorade too because your pissing out everything. consult a dr. never heard of this before.

    I don't think its the creatine. I've had random days where I would piss every 10minutes as well. I posted a thread in the convo lounge awhile ago, but no help there. Like what slyfalcon said, just get some gatorade in you. The nonstop pissing will stop.

    My roommate swears this happens to him after he takes creatine, though not quite this severe. I have been taking it for over a year and never noticed anything out of the ordinary about how often I pee.

    l took it agian today and i didnt wee as much probably once every 20minutes for about 2 hours or so l usally piss quikcly anyway as whe ni drink something give it jsut over an hour and i wee it out...l'll get go a blood test done anyways.

    i think it maybe all the water i drink while i train also...i stop pissing lots after bout 2 hours.

    ahhh oks i jsut read the any an-abosrbed creatine turns into waste and u jsut piss it out.....can u do something to hold in ur creatine?

    unfortunately, once you've saturated your tissues with creatine, you can no longer absorb it into your muscles ... your kidneys will filter the unused creatine from your system and you will pee it out ... this is the reason people cycle creatine ... hopefully, when you are off, you maintain strength while your muscles become less saturated ... then, when you cycle back on, the creatine will start absorbing again and you will restart making gains
