It's going to be difficult, because as a man, that's where we typically store our bodyfat.

This may be one reason why oxandrolone is effective at burning that fat, you take the ox, it suppresses the htpa to a certain extent, and it suppresses hunger, so you are able to shed fat, and that fat can come from the belly easier when on than off.

That might be one of the reasons that cayenne has been used to help with stubborn bellyfat, it seems to have some effect on either dht or something, otherwise it wouldn't be able to help out the prostate as well as it does. I would try to use the cayenne with either dnp or the e/c stack for quicker results, but I've been told it works by itself quite effectively.

belly fat is just the last to go in males (hip and thigh fat in women)

some people are big on topicals like Lipo-Derm and Ab-solved from Avant, but i think what people are experiencing is a placebo effect; they start eating and training right, which gets the results, but they attribute it to the topical fat loss product. Either that, or it just works in some people and not in others. Ive never used them so i have no first hand experience.

Ephedrine, caffeine, green tea, and yohimbine (keeping E and Y at least 4 hours apart) have deinatly helped me...but you said no caffeine...so i doubt youd be into ephedra or yohimbine...which pretty much limits any supplemental options...

...which leaves you with diet...youll just have to get that in check. If youre a boxer than im sure you get all the excersize you need.

why dont you try some good old fashion hard work man.... wake up in the morning and do your 30 minute run on an empty stomach (bcaa's 20 min prior) then have your first meal... protein and fat ONLY... go on a keto diet to really melt it away nice and fast. your body will be running off ketones. and since youll be in ketosis after 3-5 days youll be running off fatty acids burning off a good amount of fat... tie that in with good training you can drop that fat... make sure on day 7 you carb up ... not clean carbs but not junk either... 300 grams to replenish what you lost during the week and start over again.

This is what I am using to get to 8% bodyfat.

How come you can't use caffeine if you are boxing? Just wondering.

    sesapure
    glucorell
    Dhea or 7-keto dhea

belly fat is typically due to insulin resistance.

if the issue is lower ab fat, with other indications of female fat pattern (fatty chest, love handles, etc) then yohimburn ES

Well, I read a few weeks back about some interesting results from injecting mice with capsaicin (the active ingredient in cayenne) and CURING them of type 1 diabetes.
    Curing diabetes with capsaicin injections

I guess that takes away from the previous theory about cayenne affecting hormones to a certain degree.

I'm going off of memory here, but I think most cayenne is sold in 40,000 heat unit caps. It is also sold as 'cool cayenne' for those with sensitive stomachs. Anyways, start slowly and work up a tolerance (unless you are from Texas, lol). I think a minimum of effectiveness was 120,000 h.u./day.

I do have to say I was stunned that an injection cured these mice for months of type 1, not type 2, but type 1 diabetes.
