    I'd say both. I was actually going to start a thread asking guys if they prefer the kre-alkalyn over the ethly ester? I have liked CEE but heard better things regarding the kre-alklyn. Thoughts?

    I like ester...cell-mass from bsn is the shit,It doesn't bloat you and you get strong as hell on it. I take post workout and then 4 hours following first serving....off days I take 1 serving on a empty stomach right when I wake-up.
