i dont want to take anything that will affect my hormone/testosterone levels so does anyone see anything wrong with taking creatine with ephedrine or creatine with clen? im thinking stacking it with either of those might allow me to lose any water that the creatine may cause as well.
if i do go with creatine im not sure whether i want to go with the regular monohydrate or the ethyl ester type. should dosage be kept at a certain amount to minimize water retention too? (180lbs, 6-7 % bf, 6ft)
