    Default How much dextrose in post workout drink?
    I keep reading 75gs but i took out my scale and thats 8 friggin teaspoons of sugar... i almost threw up when i looked at the amount of sugar id be puttin in the bloody thing. First thought was "diabetes"

    from everything ive read, you cant become diabetic.

    as for how much in your shake...its completely depends on your body and your goals.

    ya...i always do 1 heaping scoop 100% whey, and 2 level scoops dextrose....shits pretty sugary...but w/e

    it ranged from about 4.5 for every teaspoon

    do any moderators have anything to say about the whole diabetes issue of this

    When gaining 100g. or about 6 tablespoons. When cutting 50g or about 3 tablespoons. 50g. of protein both gaining and cutting. Dextrose freakin rocks. When im using 100g. its so sweet it hurts, but hey...its better than some crap you could drink.
