Yea, so Ive read that if you use this as a topical (CAPSAICIN HP, ect) to help assist in wieght loss, that you cannot mix it with most stimulants (caffiene, ephedra, ephedrine, yohimbie ect) or its effect on your nerves will be cancelled out. My question is does that include taking stimulants orally, or just mixing them up in your topical? Basically i want to know if capsaicin is worth using if im going to be taking an oral eca? Oh, and i know about the pain, aint no thing.
