rtd's is this protein actually valid

i was wondering when it comes to rtd shakes like ispoure. are their really 24 grams of usably protien in their as would be in chicken. or are the processes used to make it to meet food requirments actually destroting some of the protein.

yes.there are 24 grams of protein when it says that(mostly). however it is the completeness of the protein that you should investigate. most top shelf protein supps are, however you have to do your homework.

wheres the cheapest, or whats the cheapest brand of rtd mixes? i wish you could buy them like you buy 20 packs of soda...and have it not cost 60 bucks.

yeah i was checking that out to. i like iso pure ones cause the protein is isolate and theires no fat and suger and their not milk shake flavors so they dont make ur breath smell like and ass hole. their like 4 and change hear. i wish i could buy them in bulk.

get some protein from www.trueprotein.com they are by far the best and very reasonable. I didn't believe it tell i tried myself and now i wouldn't buy anything but.
