I find that when I go to the bathroom, I have a better time going by having whey. Try eating more veggies & drink more fluids to help loosen your feces.

Never noticed a problem with whey. Are you using concentrate or isolate?

there's a chance you are mildly lactose intolerant so if you are using concentrate, try the isolate and see if that helps.

take some lactase with the whey, OR you are taking too much at one time.

I've had shakes make me shit 2 footers and i've gotten bound up too.

If you get bound up use all natural colon cleanse. Ity works well but doesn't give you blowout. Another thing to keep in mind is to always keep your water intake high.
