    Default Too many multis a day?
    Hey guys. I was in a rush the other week and bought a bottle of Centrum multi-vitamin on the way back from school so.. I'm stuck with this for however long it'll last me. I'm just curious in if its okay to take it twice a day, preferably a 7hour break between each. I'm asking this because I'm in need of more vitamins in my diet and the foods I'm eating are just not sufficing my needs. I'm just a bit cautious in doing this becuase it has a good amount of zinc/nickel/etc that I'm sure I get enough a day, but I dont' want to push my luck and over do it.

    i would take 1 day on non work out days and 2 on work out days and that should be enough too help. after you use that up i would get a good multi like beverly international super pack and some individual vit's. like a good b-50, "C", "E", selenium, and maybe some potasium.

    ran out of multi's today so i gotta go get more tomorrow.

    Hope missing one day wont effect my muscle mass :-0 lololol

    It shouldn't have hardly any effect at all. I assume your diet is good so that is the most important multivitamins are definitely helpful but they won't make or break a good diet. Eat plenty of green vegetables and you should get most of your vitamins from that.

    Alright, I'll do the 1 multi on off day and 2 on workdays- once in the morning & once prior to lifting.
